The Client established Operational Business Intelligence by integrating Zeus as a real-time management cockpit for monitoring relevant business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). The vision is to optimize cost, service quality and client satisfaction by detecting issues in the execution of processes and to prevent any violation of service level agreements.

The Solution

The relevant performance indicators were analysed and implemented together with our partner Solution Providers thus allowing successful integration with source systems as e.g. Avaloq Banking System.

The operations team can now not only take actions immediately to meet the service levels but also capture additional information about irregularities and their cause. Subsequent efforts to analyse and writing memos can be avoided.

The Client

The Client offers the combination of an independent Swiss private bank with an active international asset manager. They have an integrated business model with three business units Private Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management.

The prime objective of the project is to improve the quality of service with automatic process monitoring. The cost shall be reduced by improving the straight-through processing (STP) rate and by preventing penalties. Issues shall be prevented or corrected in shorter time. The awareness of process owners to adhere to critical process performance shall be raised.
